I got a new job, I am going to be working both jobs for awhile to get caught up & ahed.. I don’t think I am going to have too much time for working out but I am still going to try & fit it in as much as possible…  Wish me luck, I really need this new job, I really need both jobs for awhile!

Did my weigh in yesterday. Made my 10 lbs, but it was hard.. For the past 2 weeks I only ate fruits, veggies & meat, I did at least 2 hours of cardio everyday, detox pills all week & then Thursday night I did a cleanse. Friday morning I still had 4 lbs to lose so I hit the gym, then coated myself in albolene & sat in my hot bathroom, that didn’t do anything so i then took 4T of milk of magnesia, that kicked in a lil but not much so I put a sauna suit on took some water pills & jumped on a trampoline for 30 min, it did nothing so I then went back home cuz the milk of magnesia kicked in, went to hr right before weigh in & was 3 oz shy but she let me have it. Cross your fingers that our team makes first place!!

Ok when I woke up yesterday I still have 4lbs to lose by today, I worked out for 2.5 hours doing cardio went to work then hit the gym again for another hour, no salt intake at all. An mma trainer at work told me to try albolene & sit in a sauna so I’m going to apply it, clean my house then sit in my bathroom with the hot shower & sink running… Wish me luck!!
